Hello and thank you for coming by to learn more about me and how I started this business.

My name is Nancy (Beaudette) Drury. I reside in Waterbury, Connecticut which is a town located in the Valley of Connecticut.

I first would like to tell you about my education and then about how I started this business. I attended schools in Southern Florida, graduating from Seminole High. I then went on to the University of Southern Florida, studying accounting and economics. Later I transferred to the University of Maine continuing with my studies. I graduated with high honors and went on to work as an accountant for a large firm located in Augusta. Later I decided to move to Connecticut where I worked for a short time with a company who handled personal records.

I decided that it was time to look into a different line of work and it was at this time that my husband became ill. While in the hospital I noticed the type of care he was receiving and felt that I may have missed my calling so I decided once he was back on his feet I would also look into doing some type of care. I attended a class for HOME HEALTH AIDES and C.N.A.S, I received my certification in both.

Knowing this would be a drastic change in positions as well as income this did not matter I knew in my heart that I wanted to take care of others who could not otherwise do it for themselves or provide companionship to those who are lonely. I remained in this field for well over ten years at which time I decided to start my own business. I based my decision on the fact that most who needed care could not financially afford the high cost of care and needed good care, so once I started this business it sky rocketed.

I have taken great pains in who I hire and how they act when with a client. I do spot checks when not expected. I will not tolerate under any circumstances cold, cruel uncaring people to work for others. I feel people need care and have no choice but to except strangers into their homes and they should know they can trust the person and feel comfortable with the fact that not only will they receive the best of care and services but they will be loved as though they were family.

If at any time you are not pleased with who you receive, I expect a call as soon as possible and I will see to it that you get exactly what you want.

My main concern is that you get more then what you pay for. I want you to know that we at Angel Touch Services are devoted caring people and we will give the best of everything.
