At Angel Touch Services our hiring and interview requirements are detailed.

All employees before hired are interviewed and asked to provide Angel Touch Services with the following documentation:

  1. Completed application
  2. Three referral letters from former employers unless they have had a steady position for five(5) or more years with one employer
  3. Three personal letters from family, associates
  4. Police clearance
  5. State-wide clearance
  6. Copy of state certification
  7. Copy of current driving record
  8. Copy of insurance on automobile
  9. Questionaire consisting of fifty (50) questions regarding home care
  10. Must be excellent with people
  11. Must be caring, devoted, loving, dependable as well as reliable
  12. Interviews last anywhere from 45 minutes to one hour.
  13. Must be willing to work anywhere from 4-10 hours daily and the willingness to do their work with love and human compassion
  14. They are not permitted to except any gifts of money or material
  15. Can drive clients automobile if requested by the client
  16. Willing to travel
  17. Have the knowlege to operate special equipment such as the:


  • Hoyer lift
  • Special wheel chair
  • Special equipped vans
  • And more..





All references as well as referrals are checked out before the person is offered by Angel Touch Services.
